USRider Ambassador Terms & Conditions
The USRider Ambassador Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues and beyond to use our referral tracking software.
As a USRider Ambassador, you receive:
A $30 commission for each paid sign up of a new USRider Primary member, which originates through a click on the link provided as an approved USRider Ambassador. All payments will be sent via the confirmed payment method set up in your ambassador account.
Getting Started
Fill out our Ambassador Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up!
After you complete the online application on the registration page, USRider will provide email notification within 3-5 business days on average. If approved, you can access your account and start sharing links/banners. Visitors can click and purchase a membership through the links/banners, and if the referral signs up for a new USRider Primary membership with confirmed payment, you will receive a $30 commission payment through your ambassador account.
Commission Fees
USRider ambassadors earn a standard commission rate of $30 for all referrals who sign up for a new Primary USRider membership using their link and/or with an approved email conversion trigger, and submit full payment. A direct-billed membership is one in which USRider receives payment through the sign up page at the Ambassador, or over the phone with a USRider member care specialist. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous membership crediting. Commissions are paid out via ACH or PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your ACH settings and/or PayPal account details are accurate and up to date in order to receive payment. All commission payments will be distributed on a monthly basis. A minimum ambassador commission account balance of $60 is required for payment to be sent. If you choose to cancel your ambassador account, any remaining balance will be paid out within 30 days.
Restrictions on Promotion
The USRider ambassador program is designed for ambassadors to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of USRider is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the USRider program in jeopardy.
Legal Compliance
All ambassadors must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. USRider reserves the right to suspend or remove ambassadors from our ambassador program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by USRider. Ambassadors terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the USRider network.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we process your Personal Information and your rights and choices over our processing of such information.
I. IntroductionBy purchasing a Product, registering for any aspect of the Service, or otherwise accessing, visiting or using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are not happy for your personal information to be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, you should not purchase a Product, register for any aspect of the Service, or access, visit and/or use the Service.

II. Definitions of Terms Used in this Policy“CCPA” means the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq. and its implementing regulations.

“Device” means any computer, tablet, mobile phone, or any other device capable of accessing the Service.

“Product” means any merchandise, item, product and/or service, including without limitation Content, magazines and other publications that may be featured, mentioned, reviewed, described, auctioned, given away, rented, sold, distributed, or otherwise available on or through the Service, either by us or third parties.
“Service” means each website, mobile site, application, email/text/SMS campaign, contest and survey, event, and/or other activity, offering, or publication provided by us.
“Service Provider” has the same meaning as set forth in the CCPA, which in general means a for-profit legal entity to whom we disclose Personal Information for processing on our behalf for a “business purpose” (as defined in the CCPA) pursuant to a written contract.
“Third-Party Business” means any third party unaffiliated with us to whom we disclose Personal Information for their own purposes.

Response Timing and Procedures
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Do Not Track
California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) provides that California residents are entitled to know how a website operator responds to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) browser settings. California’s “Shine the Light” law, Cal. Civil Code §1798.83, gives California customers the right to prevent our disclosure of their Personal Information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose Personal Information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing.
